FULLERTON, CA - This morning at my school I got to have Donuts with my Daddy. It was fun having daddy stay and sit next to me for our morning snack. I picked out our donuts. A white powdered sugar donut for me and a big twisty donut for daddy. I had milk to drink, but daddy chose OJ.
After donuts, Mrs. Karen asked for a volunteer to read to all the kids. I shouted, "Daddy, I want you to read - you should do it!!" I don't think he really had a choice after that - he read to all my friends at school. It was a book called, "Just Me and My Dad," by Mercer Mayer. It's one of the "Little Critter" books that I like so much. Daddy read and I showed the kids all the pictures. It was so fun!
